Angela represents employers in employment matters and all aspects of litigation. She has extensive litigation experience and has appeared in courts throughout the San Francisco Bay area.
Angela is a gifted writer, researcher and advocate. She regularly uses those valuable skills in assessing and avoiding client employment law liability through carefully targeted legal advice, training, and well written policies and handbooks. She conducts workplace investigations including Title VII and Title IX complaints, discrimination, and harassment complaints. Angela also provides workshops, presentations, and training regarding rapidly changing employment laws to help employers remain in compliance. She has also conducted workplace audits for several clients.
She has successfully litigated numerous cases and negotiated favorable results for clients. Angela is also a trained mediator, and has used that experience to help nonprofit organizations increase efficiency, streamline communications, and better understand and fulfill their fiduciary duties. Angela regularly addresses issues under the ADA, ERISA, Title VII, FMLA, the California Family Rights Act, and the California FEHA.
